Google has 64 there, yes, but the site is on the wrong side of the road from all the renderings. And I was convinced that site, the former wagon elevator, was cleared for an apt block. I think Bu Bu is at 3405 Park and not 2405? And I suspect the Zillow listing is for the site under Troy Towers that appears to be inactive now.

Thought I responded earlier—I failed to see the Hackensack Plank west side photo so I agree with you on the Zillow location. My bad!
OK so they updated the Zillow listing today to “70” and it is indeed up the road where I photographed. Will add that link as an update in the story!
For the future: the Hudson County Tax Parcel Viewer at https://hudson-county-gis-hudsoncogis.hub.arcgis.com/ will map an address (or block and lot numbers).
